Prime US REIT Management Pte. Ltd. has announced the departure of Ms. Janice Wu from the Board of Directors, effective 30 September 2024. The company expressed gratitude for Wu’s contributions and confirmed the Board’s reconstitution, maintaining a majority of independent directors.
