Prime Dividend Corp. announces a monthly dividend of $0.05442 per Class A share and $0.06667 per Preferred share, with the payment scheduled for May 10, 2024, to shareholders recorded on April 30, 2024. This distribution continues the company’s practice of applying a 10.00% annualized rate on the volume weighted average market price of the shares. Since inception, the company has distributed a total of $23.86 per share to Class A and Preferred shareholders combined.
