The deal includes a mix of cash and shares, and is expected to bolster Prestige Wealth’s technological capabilities in artificial intelligence, enhancing its offerings in AI-driven wealth management solutions. This strategic acquisition is set to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, with key Wealth AI employees remaining onboard post-transaction.
