Prescient Therapeutics Limited (AU:PTX) has released an update.

In a recent development, Dr. Gavin Shepherd of Prescient Therapeutics Limited has increased his indirect holdings in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring an additional 235,908 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at a value of $9435.33. Following this transaction, the total number of shares held by the Shepherd Investment Trust has risen to 6,385,908, while the holdings in the TPJ Superannuation Fund remain unchanged at 10,000,000 shares.
