Prenetics Group has entered into a Subscription Agreement for the issuance of Class A Ordinary Shares to a subscriber, amounting to 3% of the company’s shares on a Fully Diluted basis. The closing of the subscription is set to occur within 3 business days of the public announcement date, subject to certain conditions including regulatory approval. Additionally, the subscribed shares will be subject to a 36-month lock-up period with phased release dates.
