Premier Foods plc has announced the grant of deferred bonus awards and long-term incentive plan awards to its executive directors and select senior managers. The shares, granted at nil cost, will vest over a three-year period, with additional performance conditions attached to the long-term incentive shares. These financial incentives are designed to align the interests of the leadership team with those of shareholders and the long-term success of the company.
