Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc has announced the exercise of broker warrants by Novum Securities Limited, resulting in the issuance of 5,221,203 new shares and an aggregate payment of £304,474.06 to the company. The newly issued shares are set to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market around July 1, 2024, bringing the total number of ordinary shares to 570,382,865.
