Prairie Provident Resources Inc. has successfully negotiated an interim extension of its senior secured credit facility until July 31, 2024, along with a deferral of interest payments. The company is currently in active discussions with its lender to potentially extend the credit facility further. Prairie Provident, based in Calgary, is involved in oil and natural gas exploration and development in Alberta’s Michichi area.
