Prairie Provident Resources (TSE:PPR) has released an update.

Prairie Provident Resources Inc. recently disclosed the election results of its annual shareholders’ meeting, confirming the appointment of six directors to hold office until the next annual meeting, with each director receiving overwhelming support of over 97%. Additionally, Ernst & Young LLP has been reappointed as the company’s auditor for the upcoming year. Prairie Provident, a Calgary-based energy firm, continues its strategy to enhance cash flow from its oil and gas assets while maintaining stable, low-decline cash flow.
