Praetura Growth VCT plc has successfully completed an allotment of 409,737 Ordinary Shares as part of its recent offer, which closed on 31 May 2024. The shares, issued at 100p each, are set to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange shortly. Following this final allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 3,427,655, providing a new basis for shareholder voting rights calculations.
