Public Policy Holding Company, Inc. has announced the issue of 1,277,829 new Common Shares at $0.001 each as part of an earn-out payment for the acquisition of MultiState Associates, Inc. These shares will be traded on AIM with dealings expected to start around May 8, 2024, bringing the total voting rights to 117,678,255 Common Shares. The issuance is anticipated to provide shareholders with a new benchmark for assessing changes in company interest.
