PowerFleet, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire all MiX Telematics’ issued ordinary shares, with the latter becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of PowerFleet. A press release and submission to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange were made concerning shareholder meetings and documentation updates for this acquisition.
