PowerBand Solutions Secures Funding for Expansion

Powerband Solutions (TSE:PBX) has released an update.

PowerBand Solutions Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 217,690,000 Common Shares at CAD$0.05 each to raise CAD$10,884,500 for growth and corporate purposes. The company, soon to be known as AmeriTrust, aims to use the funds to expand its lease portfolio, introduce a new Lender Remarketing division, and develop innovative finance solutions.
