PowerBand Solutions Inc. has successfully wrapped up the second segment of its private placement, issuing 77,133,330 Common Shares to amass CAD$1,157,000 in gross proceeds. Combined with the first tranche, the total funding of CAD$2,197,000 aims to fuel growth initiatives and bolster the company’s general corporate and lease origination funds. The fintech firm’s cloud-based vehicle transaction platform is changing the traditional automotive trade and finance experience across North America.
