Postal Savings Bank of China Appoints New Director

Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:1658) has released an update.

Postal Savings Bank of China has announced the appointment of Mr. Hong Xiaoyuan as an Independent Non-executive Director, following approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration. His tenure will last three years, during which he will contribute to the Strategic Planning, Audit, and Social Responsibility Committees. The bank also expressed gratitude to Mr. Hu Xiang, whose term has concluded, for his past contributions.
