Portofino Resources Inc., a Canadian mineral resource company, has announced the grant of stock options to consultants, allowing them to purchase 360,000 common shares at $0.05 each, with a five-year expiry and certain vesting conditions. The company focuses on lithium and gold projects in the Americas, including two lithium projects in Argentina’s Lithium Triangle and interests in Ontario, Canada.
