Pop Culture Group Co., Ltd has announced their annual general meeting for shareholders to be held on June 28, 2024, in Xiamen, China, to discuss the re-election of five directors and confirm the appointment of an independent accounting firm. Shareholders as of the record date, May 29, 2024, are entitled to vote in person or by proxy. The company has recommended voting in favor of all proposed resolutions, which includes the re-election of current board members and the ratification of their accounting firm.
