Pop Culture Group is moving forward with a strategic acquisition by signing an agreement to purchase a 98% equity interest in Yi Caishen (Xiamen) Trading Co., Ltd. The deal will be financed through a non-public offering of Pop Culture Group Co. Ltd shares, valued at US$1.1 per share, amounting to a total of 1 million shares for an acquisition consideration of US$1.1 million.
