Poly Property Group Co., Limited has mutually agreed to terminate the 2024 Financial Framework Agreement with Poly Finance, thereby releasing both parties from their respective obligations under the agreement. No shareholder meeting or circular will be forthcoming as the agreement will no longer proceed. The previous 2022 Financial Framework Agreement remains in effect until July 11, 2025.
