Pollen Street Group Limited has announced the repurchase of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 704 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 62,272,793, with an equal number of voting rights. This buyback is part of a larger programme initiated by the company on 21st March 2024.
