Pollen Street Group Limited has announced a buyback of 67,075 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 726 pence per share, with the intention to hold these shares in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, stands at 62,736,462, which represents the total voting rights in the company. This move comes as part of the share buyback programme initiated by the company on 21st March 2024.
