PolarX Ltd has solidified its mining portfolio by securing an 80% controlling joint venture interest in Alaska’s Caribou Dome project with a US$1.26M option exercise payment. The deal, which also includes a 90% interest in the adjacent Senator project, expands PolarX’s Alaska Range Copper-Gold Project and sets the stage for resumed drilling operations later this month. The terms include provisions for further interest acquisition and dilution clauses in case joint venture partners choose not to fund future exploration and development.
