PolarX Director Bolsters Share Holdings

PolarX Ltd (AU:PXX) has released an update.

In a recent development at PolarX Limited, Director Jason Berton increased his indirect stake in the company by acquiring 2,750,000 shares at $0.012 each, under the Entitlement Offer announced earlier. The transaction, dated April 5, 2024, brings Berton’s total indirect holdings to 22,005,795 fully paid ordinary shares and maintains his 5,000,000 unlisted options set to expire in October 2025. No director’s interests in contracts changed as a result of this transaction.
