Polar Capital Issues New Shares, Expands Capital

Polar Capital Holdings plc has issued 353,055 new ordinary shares, following a partial crystallisation event related to their Global Convertible Bond Fund and Biotechnology Fund. With this latest share allotment, the company’s total issued share capital has increased to 101,548,934 ordinary shares. The issuance is part of Polar Capital’s unique structure that allows fund management teams to convert preference shares into ordinary shares, enhancing the group’s earnings.
