Polar Capital Executives Defer Bonuses into Shares

Polar Capital Holdings (GB:POLR) has released an update.

Polar Capital Holdings PLC has announced that its Executive Directors and PDMRs have deferred their post-tax short-term bonuses into company shares, subject to forfeiture conditions. The shares will be vested over three years starting from March 2025. These transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange, AIM, and are part of the company’s remuneration policy and Deferred Remuneration Plan.
