Polar Capital Holdings PLC has announced the third and final vesting of its 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Conditional Awards, marking the end of a five-year performance and employment-based incentive scheme for key management personnel. Shares were distributed to eligible participants, including CEO Gavin Rochussen and Finance Director Samir Ayub, with the underlying shares sourced from the Employee Benefit Trust and a portion sold to cover tax liabilities. This financial milestone reflects the company’s commitment to aligning management’s interests with those of its shareholders through performance-based incentives.
