Poet Technologies Inc. (TSE:PTK) has released an update.
Poet Technologies Inc. has partnered with Foxconn Interconnect Technology to develop optical transceiver modules aimed at enhancing AI and high-speed data networks. Utilizing POET’s Optical Interposer technology, the collaboration aims to produce 800G and 1.6T transceivers to meet the surging demand in the rapidly growing optical transceiver market. The design phase is set to be completed by Q3 2024 with the production following in Q4, catering to a market expected to quadruple in value by 2029.
