POET Technologies Inc. has successfully completed a CAD$10 million private placement offering, backed by two institutional investors without the use of brokers. Each unit sold includes a common share and a five-year warrant, contributing to the company’s growth phase fueled by high demand for its optical engine technology used in AI and high-speed computing. The funds raised will be allocated for general working capital to support the company’s expansion.
