POET Technologies Inc. is set to raise CAD$10 million through a non-brokered private placement of over 3.25 million units, aiming to capitalize on the strong demand for its advanced optical engine technology used in data centers and AI markets. Each unit, priced at CAD$3.069, includes one common share and a warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at CAD$4.26 within a 60-month period. The funds are intended for general working capital to support the company’s growth, and the securities will be immediately tradeable without any holding period restrictions.
