Kevin Bailey, a significant shareholder in Po Valley Energy Limited, has increased his voting power from 24.05% to 25.46% by acquiring additional shares. The notice, dated 11th October 2024, indicates a change in the substantial holding since the last report on 21st July 2021. Bailey now holds a direct interest in 33,000,000 shares and indirect interests through trusts and managed funds, leading to an overall increase in his influence over the company.
