Po Valley Energy Limited has announced a significant increase in shares held by Director Kevin Bailey AM, with the acquisition of 7,371,471 shares valued at $257,761 through an on-market purchase. This transaction has increased Bailey’s interest to a total of 295,104,495 fully paid ordinary shares, encompassing both direct and indirect holdings. No shares were disposed of in the process.
