Plus500 Ltd, a leading global fintech group, has announced the issuance of 13,065 new ordinary shares from its treasury, following the approval by shareholders at the 2024 AGM. The shares were allocated as part of the FY 2023 remuneration package, with the total voting rights in the company now standing at 77,584,287. The issued shares were calculated based on the share price as of January 1, 2024.
