Plus500 (GB:PLUS) has released an update.
Plus500, a leading fintech group, has executed a share buyback program that commenced on February 22, 2024, as part of its previously announced strategy. On June 10, 2024, the company successfully repurchased 30,750 of its ordinary shares, which will be held in treasury, reducing the total number of voting rights to 76,879,469. The buyback transactions were conducted through various trading venues at prices ranging from 2,144.00 to 2,192.00 GBp per share.
