Plus500 (GB:PLUS) has released an update.
Plus500, a fintech firm with proprietary trading platforms, has executed a share buyback as part of its previously announced programme, purchasing 25,450 ordinary shares. The shares were acquired through Panmure Liberum Capital Limited at prices ranging from 2,232.00 to 2,274.00 GBp per share, with the repurchased shares to be held in treasury. This move leaves Plus500 with a total of 76,165,729 voting rights, excluding treasury shares.
