Plurilock Security Inc., a cybersecurity firm, has announced a significant auditor change, with MNP LLP taking over from Forvis Mazars LLP, effective from July 2, 2024. The company has also successfully converted $1,070,000 in debentures into common shares, providing inducement warrants to the holders, and clarified terms regarding its investor relations agreement with Social Network Effect Communications. Additionally, Plurilock plans to issue shares to new director Ali Hakimzadeh as part of his employment agreement.
