Pluribus Technologies Corp. successfully completed the sale of its subsidiaries POWR Inc., Assured Software Ltd., and others to Acorn Partners Inc. and Pender Growth Fund Inc. for C$17 million. The transaction aims to streamline the company’s portfolio, reduce debt, and strengthen its financial foundation for future growth. In addition to the sale, the company is continuing a strategic review to enhance shareholder value and announced the retirement of board member Mr. Bill Kostenko.
