Chen Franco-Yehuda will step down as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary of Pluri Inc. on September 30, 2024, for personal reasons, without any professional disagreements. Liat Zalts, with a robust financial background including previous roles at Matics Manufacturing Analytics and Ernst & Young, will take over the role. Zalts brings valuable experience to the table, having joined the company as Director of Finance in December 2022. Pluri Inc. plans to solidify her position through an employment and indemnification agreement.
