Plenti Group Limited has successfully priced a $458 million asset-backed securities transaction, underscoring the company’s growth with over $2.5 billion in total issuance from its securitization program. The deal, which marks Plenti’s seventh ABS transaction and fourth focusing on automotive loans, saw improved conditions over last year’s, with a reduction in required equity and an increase in loan margins. This transaction continues to attract strong support from both domestic and international investors, solidifying Plenti’s position as a regular issuer in the high-credit-quality ABS market.
