Playtech Subsidiary CEO Sells Shares

Playtech (GB:PTEC) has released an update.

Playtech PLC has disclosed that Fabio Schiavolin, CEO of its subsidiary Snaitech, exercised options and sold 134,301 company shares on the 8th and 9th of October, 2024, for a total of £993,120.01, as per the UK Market Abuse Regulation. The transactions were carried out on the London Stock Exchange as part of the Playtech Long Term Incentive Plan 2012. Playtech, a leader in the gambling industry, provides advanced software and services across various gambling verticals and operates through an omni-channel platform called Playtech ONE.
