Playside Studios Director Bolsters Shareholding

Playside Studios Ltd (AU:PLY) has released an update.

Gerry Sakkas, director at Playside Studios Ltd, has increased his stake in the company with the exercise of various classes of performance rights, resulting in a total of 67,604,639 fully paid ordinary shares and 74,089 performance rights post-transaction. The change, which occurred on 6 September 2024, involved no disposal of shares and was not conducted during a closed trading period.
