The deal with Rudy Wahl involved a cash transaction, issuance of shares, and exploration expenditures that surpassed the minimum requirement. The property neighbors Generation Mining Limited’s advanced-stage Marathon Palladium-Copper Project, suggesting potential for significant mineral deposits.
