Plantify Foods Plans $1 Million Private Placement

Plantify Foods Inc (TSE:PTFY) has released an update.

Plantify Foods Inc. is set to raise up to CAD$1,000,000 through a non-brokered private placement, offering investors units consisting of common shares and warrants. The proceeds will be used for general working capital, with the closing expected by the end of December, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
