Place Holdings Announces MAS Enforcement Actions

Place Holdings Limited (SG:E27) has released an update.

The Place Holdings Limited has disclosed that the Monetary Authority of Singapore enforced actions against China Capital Impetus Asset Management, its Executive Director and former CEO, Mr. Sun Quan, who also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Place Holdings. Mr. Sun has been banned from performing regulated activities and holding management positions in the capital markets for two years due to non-compliance with regulatory requirements. This announcement is considered a significant disclosure for compliance with the Mainboard Listing Rule 703.
