PJX Resources Inc. has bolstered its advisory team with the addition of three esteemed professionals: Charles Fipke, a pioneering geologist in diamond exploration; Margot Naudie, an experienced capital markets expert with a focus on natural resource portfolios; and Brian Abraham, a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in environmental and natural resource law. Additionally, the company has revealed plans to introduce a Shareholder Rights Plan subject to shareholder approval and has announced the grant of 12,200,000 stock options under its Share Incentive Plan.
