PJX Resources Inc. has initiated a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising $3.6 million by offering over 13 million units in various categories, with part of the placement already completed and backed by a significant Canadian mining company. The strategic investor now holds a considerable share of PJX, with rights to maintain their ownership stake and certain standstill restrictions. Directors Linda Brennan and James Clare have also invested in the placement, underlining insider confidence in the company’s prospects.
