Pitney Bowes Inc (PBI) has provided an announcement.
William S. Simon has stepped down from his position on the Board of Directors at Pitney Bowes Inc. to focus on other commitments without any disagreements with the company. To fill the vacancy, Pitney Bowes has appointed Lance E. Rosenzweig as an independent director under their Cooperation Agreement. Rosenzweig, with his extensive executive leadership and finance experience, including former CEO roles at Support.com and Startek Inc., will serve until the next Annual Meeting, where he will be nominated for election to the Board. He is set to receive the same compensation as his peers and has no familial ties or material interests that could present conflicts of interest.
