John Witek has been appointed as the new Chief Accounting Officer of the company, taking over from Joseph Catapano on September 7, 2024. With a robust background in corporate finance and previous roles at IBM and Concentrix, Witek brings a wealth of experience as he continues serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He’s set to receive a one-time payment of $100,000, incentivizing his commitment to the company through at least Q1 2025. His appointment is independent of any personal or familial connections within the company.
