Pioneer Credit Ltd (AU:PNC) has released an update.

Pioneer Credit Limited announces a new non-pro rata offer of securities, with plans to issue a maximum of 100 ordinary fully paid shares under a disclosure document or product disclosure statement. Interested parties have until August 2, 2024, to submit their acceptances, with the proposed issue date set for August 5, 2024.
