Pioneer Credit Ltd (AU:PNC) has released an update.
Pioneer Credit Limited has successfully closed its exchange offer and consent solicitation for its medium-term notes, receiving note holder approval to refinance its senior debt facility. In the process, $34,033,000 in principal amount of notes have been tendered for exchange, with the potential total of new and additional notes expected to reach A$55,500,000. This move sets the stage for the completion of the company’s senior debt refinancing.
