Ping An Insurance Company of China has announced that all pre-conditions for its cash offers to acquire all issued and to-be-issued shares and ADSs of Lufax Holding Ltd, excluding those already owned by the offeror group, have been met. The offer includes the cancellation of outstanding Lufax options and arrangements concerning unvested Lufax Performance Share Units.
